Quotes and service authorization
A quote request begins a review; it does not confirm pricing, availability, acceptance, or service. Work begins only after Posthaste provides or accepts written authorization that identifies the approved scope, price, schedule, and applicable terms.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate route, timing, cargo, access, handling, safety, and compliance information. Restricted, illegal, unsafe, or inaccurately described items may be declined.
Tracking information
Portal updates are operational status information and may reflect the latest approved entry in the company system. Contact Posthaste when an immediate or legally significant confirmation is required.
Payments
Online card and ACH processing are not currently enabled. Payment instructions must come through an authorized Posthaste communication. Never send payment-card or bank-login credentials through the quote form.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Posthaste branding, website content, and operating materials may not be copied, misrepresented, or used to impersonate the company. Do not attempt to disrupt, bypass, scrape restricted areas, or gain unauthorized access.
