PRIVACY NOTICE
Clear purpose. Limited access. Professional handling.
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Our privacy standard
Posthaste Solutions LLC uses customer information only for legitimate business purposes connected to an inquiry, quote, authorized service, customer support, safety, compliance, recordkeeping, or another purpose permitted by law. We limit collection, access, use, sharing, and retention to what is reasonably necessary.
Information we may collect
We may collect a contact name, company or agency, business contact information, requested service, route, timing, cargo description, quote and service details, customer communications, authorized tracking information, and other information voluntarily provided to us.
How we use information
We may use information to evaluate service fit; prepare and manage quotes; coordinate authorized transportation or logistics services; communicate status; maintain accurate operational, contractual, and financial records; protect customers, personnel, cargo, and the company; and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Information not accepted through the public website
Do not submit payment-card numbers, CVV codes, bank-login credentials, Social Security numbers, medical records, account passwords, or similarly sensitive information through a public form. When online payment is used, payment details are entered on Square's hosted payment page, not this website. Posthaste may retain invoice, transaction reference, amount, status, and reconciliation records for business purposes. If additional information is required for an authorized service, Posthaste will provide an appropriate method and clear instructions.
Access and customer portal protection
Access is limited according to business role and service need. Customer portal results require a valid Job ID and private access code and are limited to approved customer-facing information. Customers are responsible for protecting their access codes and should notify Posthaste promptly if a code may have been disclosed.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to authorized employees, service providers, subcontractors, government entities, insurers, or professional advisers only when reasonably necessary to perform authorized work, operate or protect the business, comply with law, or enforce an agreement. Recipients are expected to use the information only for the authorized purpose and to protect it appropriately.
Safeguards and retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business and contractual requirements, dispute resolution, safety, and applicable law, then dispose of them appropriately.
Your choices and requests
You may ask a privacy question or request review or correction of information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding, and legal or operational recordkeeping requirements may limit a request. Contact [email protected] or (682) 239-9749.
Security concerns
If you believe information or a portal access code has been lost, misdirected, or accessed without authorization, contact Posthaste immediately using the information above. Please do not include sensitive details in the first message.
Updates
We may update this notice as our services, systems, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current public version.
